Rick Gibbons is a graduate of Judson University in Elgin, Illinois and Northern Baptist Theological Seminary in Lombard, Illinois. He has served several churches and ministries. He was on the staff of First Baptist Church of West Chicago, Illinois (5 years), First Baptist Church of Pontiac, Illinois (4 years), and Tabernacle Baptist Church in Chillicothe, Ohio (2 years). He was part of the staff at the University Baptist Church/Baptist Student Foundation at the University of Illinois (12 years) and director of the Baptist Campus Ministry at Northern Illinois University (5 years). Rick and his wife BJ currently live in Peoria, Illinois
